Watch Nirvana's Previously Unseen Music Video Filmed In a Radio Shack

Before Nirvana went by the name Nirvana, Kurt Cobain, Krist Novoselic, and Melvins drummer Dale Crover went by the unfortunate name Ted Ed Fred during a short period in 1988. Right after the recorded their first demo, the group took the next logical step: film a music video in an empty Radio Shack in Aberdeen, Washington. Footage of the entire performance has now been released on YouTube.

While Crover played the drums live, Cobain and Novoselic pretended to play to a pre-recorded track. It's a great piece of archival footage of a group that would later go on to change rock n' roll and pop culture as a whole. Watch above.
